It gives a clean look to the house. They improve the look and add value to the space. Porch helps in insulation of heat inside the house. Porch made of brick is a security barrier and protects from the intruders. If the height of these porches is above three meters or if it is located from the house at a distance lesser than two meters, planning permission is required.
